Elephant-Goldfish plugin

Elephant-Goldfish 0.1.0 bundles instructions and icons for Codex. It has no publisher-operated backend, telemetry, account system, or credential collection. Installation does not send prompts, code, or files to Oliver Newth. Codex processes conversations, selected files, tool results, and review context under your account settings and OpenAI's applicable privacy terms. Selected integrations have their own policies. Fresh context is not a security sandbox.
